For me, the biggest change was their god-awful design update a few months back. We used to be able to have nice headers and menus above our articles / pubs and now we lose a ton of traffic. Their new design more than cut my readership in half. I hope Tony Stubblebine feels the same, as maybe he'll get them to revert to what was 10x better.
