For me, the rice would ruin it — meaning I always tend to gain weight when I eat it. For me. The only reliable way I can lose is to follow a nearly completely raw diet. I was gonna ask if you’ve tried it, but I see you have. I’m back on mostly raw again these days, after gaining most of my weight back again. Anyway, what are your thoughts on raw? I think my favorite aspect of it is that I can eat a ton of food and still lose weight. (Well, a long as it’s mostly veggies and fruits.)
