Seems like a great new direction for you guys. I’m a web developer, not a mobile app guy, so I know there’s a lot I don’t know about your process. But, looking back at your original timing, I can’t imagine why almost any project would take 3–6 *months* to scope out. I mean, unless it was a big video game or something. But, you’re now saying you can do the same work, at a better quality, in 2 days plus another 5–10. So, you’re down to ~2 weeks vs. up to ~24 before. So, what in the world were y’all doing with those extra 22 weeks back in the day? Seems antithetical to the whole “agile” mindset in tech. (Not asking to be a jerk — just literally wondering.)
