The easiest method would be a manual one where you just start yourself up a Google spreadsheet, collect them from various sources like Twitter, Discord, etc., and manually cut & paste them into the Google spreadsheet. Those would then become your whitelist / allowlist. (And then, of course, you'll need to have your dev code up the allow list function however they like -- e.g., merkle tree, etc.)
