Yep, you've answered your own question there. :-) This can be a difficult one to deal with, btw, as many sites use CMSs and use images of various widths/heights. So, it can be tough to apply those tags in such dynamic situations. What some sites do is to standardize images for, say, normal blog article pages, forcing a specific size. That makes it easier to hard-code the image width & height tags into the system.
