Yes, I think there's a button on the FB listing, but I'm not sure how effective it is. I think it says "Report Listing" or something to that effect. I reported a few, but to be honest the scam is so pervasive that I don't think any one person will stop them all. I reported the ones in my home town (Portland, OR), but I think they do this nationwide (maybe worldwide). Frankly, FB is doing an awful job at monitoring marketplace for scams.
