Yes, the availability of leadership roles in a community is a great idea and could/should be a benefit that can be listed on many roadmaps. A lot of it is about transparency, imho, which tends to be appreciated by communities. This strategy can inform all communications, such as outlining where funds will be allocated to, etc. :-)
